All Royal Court families have two (2) complimentary tickets to our two events, Crown & Sceptre and the Princess Ball included in the Royal Court Fee.

Princess Profile Form

Complete the form below to assist with presentations at Crown & Sceptre and the printed Princess Press Profiles

The information you provide below will be used to write a profile to be included in an insert in The Commercial Appeal. Below is an example write-up. If you would like to compose your write-up, please do so, but remember that the Carnival Office may have to edit it for size. Please submit this form by April 30, 2025.

Sample:

A student at the University of Mississippi, Jane is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Doe. At Ole Miss, she is a member of the Ladies Ensemble and Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority, where she serves as Vice President of the Academic Excellence Committee. Jane graduated from the Memphis School. During high school she was a member of the National Honor Society, Beta Club, and she received the President’s Academic Excellence Award. Jane was also a Best of the Preps tennis player and earned a Superior Solo Vocal Rating at the UT Vocal Competition. She regularly volunteers for Make A Wish and Memphis Child Advocacy Center, and worked on the Binghampton Housing Clean Up.   

Escort Information

Each Princess and Lady of the Realm should ask an Escort(s) for Crown and Sceptre, Princess Ball, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday nights.

Whatever you do, pick an escort who will make the week fun for you! An escort is included at your pleasure and his sole purpose for the duration of Carnival is to make sure his Princess or Lady of the Realm has a good time. The escorts are told this in the communication that we send to them, and we expect them to comply.

All Escorts are invited to come Wednesday, June 4th to the King and Queen's Charity Day. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you represent a club who has a Prince, you must check with the club about your Escort arrangements. 

You will need an Escort for 5 nights: Friday, May 30th, Saturday, May 31st, Tuesday, June 3rd, Thursday, June 5th, and Friday, June 6th. 

The name(s) of your Escort/Escorts must be submitted to Carnival no later than April 11th, 2025. 

Escorts are responsible for their attire during Carnival Week. They must wear white tie and tails to the Crown & Sceptre Coronation Ball. A white dinner jacket is required for all other Carnival Week activities. Escorts will be notified of all required attire upon acceptance and will be offered a rental discount. 

In order to participate, Escorts must: 

have completed a minimum of their freshman year of college 

complete and sign the application form and pay a $300 participation fee.
