2023 Royal Court Transportation

  • PLEASE RETURN THIS FORM NO LATER THAN JUNE 1, 2023
  • All Royal Court members (Princesses, Ladies of the Realm, and Escorts) will be transported to Carnival evening events by bus on Tuesday, June 6th, Thursday, June 8th and Friday, June 9th. You will be picked up according to geographical area and will meet the group at a central location. At the close of each evening, you will be returned to the same address at which you were picked up. Parents, if you have arranged for a large group of Royal Court members to meet at your home, please remember that they will also be returned to your home at the end of the night. Also, we need advance notice of large group arrangements so that the transportation company can plan accordingly.

    REMINDER: Parents will transport Princesses and Escorts to Chickasaw Country Club for the start of their party at 6pm. However, Carnival is responsible for transportation after this event. Please provide the address for the location you and your escort will be going to after this event.
